Helping arts clients develop concept proposals and secure funding through improved awareness, funding strategies, and improved workflows.

How I can help

If funding applications feel rushed or overwhelming, rest assured - you are not alone. I work exclusively with UK arts clients, providing personalised support designed to move you away from last-minute panic and toward a calm, informed, and organised approach.

From regular monthly briefings on pending and open funding opportunities to bespoke AI-enabled systems that help you formulate initial drafts, I remove the routine admin, sharpen your bids, and give you back the time to focus on your creative work.

Three Levels of Support

1: Funding Monitor - from £25 per month
Regular monthly briefings that provide six-week forecasts. I monitor forthcoming key opportunities, eligibility, and deadlines so you can plan ahead without missing potential opportunities.

2: Funding Builder - from £450
A custom AI-driven Knowledge Base built from your actual documents. This allows for faster, smarter initial drafting—confidently created within the parameters of your bespoke self-contained system eradicating the risk of AI hallucination.

3: Funding and Development - from £30ph
The complete package. This includes both the Monitor and Builder services, plus arts development support and individual consultancy to transform organisational development, bid proposals, AI refinement, and proactive support on your live bids.

Why work with me?

My approach to arts funding is backed by decades of professional experience in content creation and technical authoring.

Strategic Copywriting - With a career spanning the development of a diverse range of client websites, I have a deep-rooted understanding of strategic content. I bridge the gap between initial concept and final delivery, ensuring every word in your bid serves a specific purpose. My approach is objective and fresh, designed to make your voice clear, concise, and comprehensive.

Technical Authority - As a seasoned editorial contributor, I have spent years documenting the evolution of design and technology for major publishers like Future Publishing. Combined with my music and arts background, this makes me uniquely qualified to build and manage the AI structures used in the Funding Builder package, ensuring your data is handled with security and confidentiality.
